Radika’s practice focuses on providing expert legal representation and counsel to individuals and businesses involved in civil and commercial litigation.
With a specialized focus in construction law, Radika brings a wealth of experience to her clients' cases, understanding the unique challenges faced by both businesses in the Building and Construction industry and individual homeowners. Notably, she single-handedly and successfully acted for a client in reversing the High Court’s decision to set aside an adjudication determination under the SOP Act in the Court of Appeal (Grouteam Pte Ltd v UES Holdings Pte Ltd [2016] SGCA 59).
